Yes. Free includes the full Web Command Center — Weekly Plan, Today Focus, Follow-up Tracker, Parking Lot, Launch Checklist, Stop List, Switch Challenge and Friday Review — with 20 AI Chat actions a month and one Rescue Me session a week. It does not expire and no card is required.
Is the seven-day trial a full Pro trial?
No. The seven-day trial is WhatsApp-specific. It unlocks Pocket Chief commands and Morning Brief at the Pro-tier allowance while you stay on the Free plan. Your web AI Chat allowance and Rescue Me limit are unaffected. See the trial section for details.
Do I need a card for the WhatsApp trial?
No. The trial is activated manually from Settings or onboarding and does not require a card.
What happens when the trial ends?
WhatsApp access ends automatically after seven days unless you upgrade to Pro or Operator. The trial is one-time only, per account.
What is the difference between Pro and Operator?
Operator includes everything in Pro, plus voice-note logging in WhatsApp, a higher AI Chat and WhatsApp command allowance (300 versus 100 a month), and an unlimited Morning Brief allowance instead of Pro's 30 a month.
Does Operator include unlimited everything?
Not everything. Morning Brief, commitments and Rescue Me are unlimited on Operator, and AI Chat and WhatsApp commands carry a higher monthly allowance than Pro. Proactive WhatsApp messages are capped the same way on every plan to protect quiet time.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
You can manage your subscription from billing settings. Your access follows the active subscription state reported by the billing provider.
